Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Nava Panchangam account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my Nava Panchangam account". We may reply to confirm your identity before processing the request.

What gets deleted

Once verified, we permanently delete:

• Your account (email, password, display name, birth details, and calculated profile)
• Moi ledger entries you created
• Alert rules and notifications
• Your memberships in, and posts to, collaborative feeds
• Any groups you own

Content you shared into a feed with other users (e.g. a joint event or post) may remain visible to those users after your account is deleted, with your identifying information removed, since it is also part of their shared record.

Timeframe

Requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
